False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are made available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites
These courses start at NCV level 2 and also the minimum amount necessity would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.
Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.
NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, being equivalent to a Countrywide website Senior Certificate (NSC).
Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV level two which is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
On which kind of students are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that conventional education is not automatically the only real means of turning into an artisan or starting to be certified so if a student knows from an early age what their pursuits are, the NCV programme is actually completely fitted to that student.
False Bay TVET College will assist the student to become qualified in his field of interest. Students who want to become entrepreneurs will also have access to their Centre of Entrepreneurship on the Westlake Campus.
